The Gym is fitted with a full range of Weight Resistance Machines and Cardiovascular equipment, a state of the art Cardiotheater system and also a freeweights area. We also have a separate Fitness Consultation room.

As part of our comprehensive service, we offer personalised exercise programmes, re-assessments and constant supervision from qualified, experienced fitness instructors.

Your personalised induction will give you a complete understanding of the state-of-the-art Technogym equipment we have available, and will show you how to get the most from your exercise sessions. You also have the option of an in-depth Fitness Assessment that will enable
us to tailor you a more effective training programme.
