Yoga - Anita
Vinyasa Flow yoga integrates yoga asana (postures) with breathing technique, bringing increased flexibility, core strength and improved body alignment. Yoga benefits circulation, increases lung function and energy levels, and focuses the mind, bringing increased mind-body awareness.
If you want to boost your energy levels and reduce stress, whilst creating strong and lean muscle tone, and good posture this is the class for you!
GT Fit30 - Steven & Michael
A 30 minute HIIT class designed to help you burn fat and create strong lean muscle. It is short, it is sharp, it is what you need. It is GTFit30!!
Important information for studio classes
Please note that all classes are mixed ability classes for all levels (beginners up to advanced level).
Please note that all classes must be booked in advance.
Maximum of 8 participants per class
If you are 5 minutes late to the class you will not be allowed entrance as this will disturb other participants
